⏱ Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

We ship orders Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays).

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS along with the delivery partner’s details so you can track your package in real time.

🚚 Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery timelines: 5–7 business days from the date of shipment.

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, pincode, and courier partner serviceability.

During festive seasons, holidays, natural calamities, or unforeseen events, there may be unavoidable delays. We’ll do our best to keep you updated.

📍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship all over India.

For restricted or remote pin codes (including military areas, limited service locations, etc.) not covered by our courier partners:

Our team will contact you to work out alternate logistics.

If delivery is not possible, you may choose a refund or agree to additional shipping charges where applicable.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Stay tuned as we expand in the future!

💰 Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999/-.

A flat shipping fee of ₹99/- applies for orders below ₹999.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for orders up to ₹2,500/- only.

COD orders attract an additional ₹150/- COD handling fee.

If a COD order is refused or undelivered due to incorrect address/contact details, future COD requests may be restricted for that customer.

🔄 Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)

Our courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If the package remains undelivered due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept, or wrong/incomplete address, it will be returned to us (RTO).

For prepaid orders that return undelivered:

An order cancellation charge of ₹300/- will be deducted to cover two-way logistics.

The remaining amount (if any) will be refunded.

For COD orders, refusal to accept may result in loss of COD privileges for future orders.

📦 Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

All parcels are thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, in the rare case of a damaged or missing item, customers must:

Share a video proof of unboxing (parcel opening) within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims without unboxing video evidence will not be accepted.

If verified, we will issue a replacement or refund (as applicable).

In case a shipment is lost in transit or not delivered within 15 working days of dispatch, we will reship the product at no extra cost or provide a full refund.

🛍 Pre-Orders & Custom Orders

Products marked as Pre-Order or Made-to-Order may have longer dispatch times.

Specific timelines will be mentioned on the product page and/or during checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

Twirly Threads is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the courier partner.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and reachable contact details.
