At Twirly Threads, every piece we create is made with love and care. We are a small business, and each return impacts our operations in ways that truly matter. That’s why we follow a strict but fair returns and refunds policy.

🚫 No Returns (Except for Manufacturing Defects)

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of fabric/color, or purchasing errors.

Returns are only accepted in the rare case of a manufacturing defect that might have been missed during our rigorous quality checks.

To raise such a claim, you must:

Record a clear unboxing video (from opening the sealed parcel until the defect is shown).

Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at hello@twirlythreads.in
with the video proof.

Claims without video proof or raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.

If verified, we will issue a refund or replacement (depending on stock availability).

🔁 Exchange Policy (For Sizing Issues)

We understand sizing can sometimes be tricky! That’s why we offer an exchange option in the following cases:

Exchanges are accepted only for size-related issues.

Products must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original packaging.

You must request an exchange within 3 days of delivery by contacting us at hello@twirlythreads.in
or calling +91 9717 116 121.

The shipping cost for sending the product back to us will be borne by the customer. We will ship the new size once we receive and inspect the original item.

❌ Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

Sale/discounted items

Customized or made-to-order products

💰 Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued for manufacturing defects (as mentioned above) or in case a product is undeliverable/lost in transit.

All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after verification.

Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Products returned without prior communication will not be accepted.

Any item showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
